Complete tear out and replace of the wet space and existing vanity. We removed wall for a more open expansive shower. We removed the old roman tub and replaced with beautiful new freestanding tub flanked by new custom floating vanity, featuring Alder wood, Shaker doors and Cambria Brittanicca quartz countertops. Some custom features include: two recessed medicine cabinets, under cabinet rope lighting, heated floors and a heated towel bar. Now that Soulful. All remodel work from design, to carpentry, to electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, countertop fab and installation and custom tile by by Kitchen Mart. Design by Kathy Vasquez.
