These Fair Oaks Ca. homeowners completely transformed their guest bathroom and laundry room, borrowing much needed square footage from an adjacent wet bar and laundry chute. The results are gorgeous: improved functionality and a touch of modern sophistication.
Following all remodel work we built new frameless alder vanity with maple interiors and Shaker doors for the bathroom. This is a floating cabinet with two “u” notched drawers for improved storage. The vanity includes dovetail drawers with soft-close. Additionally, we added 3 22″ floating shelves. Countertops were Cambria Clovelly for the bath vanity, laundry room and bar. Shower surround in frameless glass perfectly compliments the curb-less entry and line drain. To further add to the modern appointments, we installed a Total wall mount toilet with bidet seat. What a beautiful transformation and use of space. Outstanding!
